Thanks for your comment Claudia. While I'm generally liberal (I voted for Obama, I strongly support civil rights, etc.) I also strongly believe in the rule of law and building a strong and sustainable United States. The current situation with immigration is certainly unsustainable and the federal government should be enforcing immigration law. Each person may have a heart-warming story to share but when it comes down to it the US can't have an open-border policy. I'm just being realistic and pragmatic! The world is full of suffering but no single nation can take that all on. Every nation is responsible for the well-being of it's own citizens first and foremost.

Haha... actually Chrome still has a ways to go as far as the plugins are concerned. Since I'be been using it I have found that the ad blocking plugins have more limitations than those of Firefox and these are due to limitations in the Chrome extension API. So for example, adverts can be hidden but not be prevented from downloading! And some video adverts are also showing despite the presence of the ad blocker.

@Square Head
Oh I see what you are saying. Actually it is technically a "positive" feedback loop not a negative feedback loop. The word "positive" here does not carry the sense of 'good' or 'correct' it means 'reinforcing'.

and in particular:

What I was getting at is something like (in Perl-speak) $db_object->list_of_tables() which may send the SQL "SHOW TABLES" or use another method to automate the listing of table names.
